#485 Roma fails to remove att.typed

When processing the attached ODD, Roma fails to remove the reference to att.typed.attribute.type even though a new type attribute is being declared. The stylesheets that come in the framework with oXygen 14.0 do not have this problem.

    Fair point. The fix seems clear (odd2odd was deleting the @mode in this case), but I am leaving this ticket open until I am sure there are no side effects in a build of P5.

    Ii believe the code now behaves correctly. This is so bad a mistake that I will do a stylesheet release now
