#431 confusing labels in RELAX NG toggle buttons in element specs

Currently the HTML version of element specs has a button to toggle between the two RELAX NG syntaxes. However, the buttons are confusingly labeled:

a) "Compact to XML format" sounds like if you click it, it will compact something into an XML format.

b) "XML format to compact" sounds like it will show you some sort of XML format that you can compact.

This came up at some Council meeting since 2010, and I recall that Brett Barney was similarly confused.

I suggest clarifying the labels as follows:

Compact to XML format ==> Change RELAX NG compact syntax to XML syntax

XML format to compact ==> Change RELAX NG XML syntax to compact syntax

The usual case with these toggle buttons is that it shows you the one it isn't doing. So I think it should say "XML Syntax" when showing compact and "Compact Syntax" when it isn't

    Okay, so:

Compact to XML format ==> XML Syntax

XML format to compact ==> Compact Syntax

    I'm fine with that.
