Dear Teem experts, I am using "tend estim" and I have a question regarding the input format. I'd like to use a 4D Nrrd of all DWIs. Case 1: When the DWIs are stacked along axis 3, tend estim seems to run perfectly fine Case 2: When they are stacked along axis 0, as requested in the command line usage, tend estim outputs the following error: /[ten] tenEstimateUpdate: problem updating// //[ten] tenEstimateEmatUpdate: trouble pseudo-inverting 70x7 B-matrix// //[ten] [ell] ell_Nm_pseudo_inv: trouble// //[ten] [ell] ell_Nm_inv: trouble// //[ten] [ell] _ell_inv: trouble// //[ten] [ell] _ell_LU_decomp: singular matrix since column 0 all zero /My question is, should I follow the procedure in case 1 even though this is not what is requested by tend estim, and I was just lucky it worked, or should I follow case 2 and how to resolve this problem?
