Since the FSF is now remote-only and does not have a physical address, the copyright/license notices in the source files would ideally be updated to match the current contents of https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/lgpl-2.1.en.html#SEC4. Specifically,

You should have received a copy of the GNU Lesser General Public License along with
this library; if not, write to Free Software Foundation, Inc., 51 Franklin Street,
Fifth Floor, Boston, MA 02110-1301 USA

would become

You should have received a copy of the GNU Lesser General Public License along with
this library; if not, see <https://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.

Similarly, the license text, e.g. teem/trunk/LICENSE.txt, can be updated with the contents of https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/lgpl-2.1.txt, taking care to preserve the Simple Library Usage License text at the beginning.

I agree. Thank you for raising this issue.
I will add this to my short list of easily-do-able things towards a Teem v2 release sometime this summer.

I have no updatd all the Teem code preambles, using the language you suggested. Thanks again for pointing this out.

The LICENSE.txt file itself is not yet changed, since it would probably mean incrementing the SLUL version number. At the same time, I'm wondering if Teem should move from LGPL v2.1 to LGPL v3. The bug tracker may not be the venue for discussing this, but if you have thoughts on this I'm curious what they are.
