#1 No File Releases Displayed?

I have finally been able to upload my setup installer (.msi) onto my "frs" directory. It has uploaded successfully, however when I go to the file releases section and try to add a primary file, or even just a file, it is not displayed and there is no way for me to select it.

Please help, people cannot download my project.
