#15 Windows 64 bit system

I manged to install this on my 64 bit laptop, but unfortunately it would not run. Is there a 64 bit version?

If you go to the files menu on sourceforge, go to the release candidates and find the most recent version number directory. This link should be it

Download the file that ends with 64.

But, the 32 bit should run under 64 bit windows. There have been several reports of problems with people running intel integrated chipsets which are common in laptops. When I was last trying to debug this issue the person I was working with did a Windows update that fixed the problems before we could determine exactly what was occurring.

I suggest you verify that you have the latest DirectX version installed (how to do this depends on which version of windows you are running), I leave it to you to figure out how to do it. If that does not work, try installing the latest video drivers for your laptop.

Also, if you did install the 32 bit Techne, uninstall it before trying the 64 bit.
