I'm relatively new to using Techne. I somehow managed to lose the cut list pane on the left hand side of the workspace. I've looked and looked and can't find where to add it back to my workspace. Any help would be appreciated.

Verified this as a bug. Created ticket for it. For now, no way to recover Cut List pane with possible exception of uninstall reinstall but have not verified.

I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and that didn't do it. It lost all my tools and other things that I had set up previously, but didn't restore the pane. Thank you for looking into this.

Sorry about loosing settings, but for future reference if you go to the main file menu, look for Maintenance->Configuration Files-> export and import. Those features allow you to save your existing settings into backup file and then restore them.
