#1 Add an interface to the Axis camera

Suggestion is to provide an interface to the Camera such that the Camera object may make intelligent determinations about the field of view of relevance to the competition. For example, the Camera object should be able to identify the three shapes defined in the First logo. Going further, it is desirable for the Camera to be able to answer questions about the estimated distance to objects.
