[Avination] Memory usage high and then Kokua crashes. Appears to be downloaded texture size related but, that could be a symptom from other unrelated memory leaks.
Reports from several sources that Kokua crashes after a short while of operation on Avination Grid are confirmed. These crashes are actually excessive memory leaks that are related to HTTP Texture pipe lining as implemented in Kokua and its interaction with Avination servers. With Develop->HTTP Textures, debug setting httpPipelining, unchecked Kokua operates correctly and doesn't crash. Avination gird is the only grid known to have this problem. As such the work around for Avination users is to un-check Develop->HTTP Textures or set the httpPipelining debug setting to FALSE.
I tested this on avination and it works. You'd probably have to ask Melanie for assistance as their asset server is quite unique.
Not entirely related, but the latest nightly OS X build has big time problems teleporting and it spontaneously quit, so the previous build Kokua 3.7.26 (36851) Apr 11 2015 22:09:38 (Kokua Weekly) worked better ;-)

OK, I have tried to analyze the logs of what went on and it might have to do with the VirWoX site not responding on teleport to a new region. That looks like it has blocked the main thread so the avatar is being logged out, and only a while after that does the VirWoX request time out and let the teleport proceed on to completion of course without the avatar present any longer, so the simulator has to clean it up and only after that is the avatar allowed to log back in...
VirWOX is working on a newer version of the OMC module so I would not loose any sleep over this unless others reports the same.
I have done couple hours testing on Kokua 3.7.26 (36863) Apr 15 2015 10:30:59 (Kokua Weekly NightBuildResult) and now that the OMC service is available it seems to be as stable as the Kokua 3.7.26 (36851) Apr 11 2015 22:09:38 (Kokua Weekly) build.
I am also able to log on to Avination without crashing with the http texture pipeline set to false. Inventory operations seems to work as expected.
Based on blog comments and recent testing this problems appears resloved with work doen on Avination grid services.
