#3 new account creation

I tried to create a new account for a faculty
colleague and received an error message. The email
address of the prospective new user is

azlan@eng.upm.edu.my

The error message I received is:

Couldn't send mail to azlan@eng.upm.edu.my, account
will not be created. Check the address and try again
