I just added a scripts directory to CVS, in there is a db.mysql that 
describes the tables for MySQL. I'll do the same for Pgsql when I get a 
chance, though the code for pgsql is untested and incomplete (not that the 
mysql is finished either, but it's a little futher along). At some point 
this will get put into the GUI (before I release 0.50).

Note that the structure may still change in the future. I'll try to 
remember to update the DB structure file as well.
