I'm sorry but the packet loss analysis is very experimental and not officially supported. This is why the script is missing. Once we have a more tested version of the code we will officially release that functionality and update the code.

Somewhat belatedly, we've now committed pktloss.py and some small changes to analyse.py in [https://sourceforge.net/p/teacup/code/ci/c40fda187349eb3e624683b786c35dbf3729ce14/], so "extract_pktloss" and "analyse_pktloss" should now work as intended.
