Tea Timer 1.5.3 released

Tea Time 1.5.3 is released. Improvements include many bug fixes. since version 1.5.1 the ability to launch programs when timers pop has been added. Also, you may now control which alerts are used on a per timer basis rather than globally. This version should be around for a while unless someone finds a bad bug or request a great feature.
