[TDT] TDT Version 3.0.2 Released

It's been a while, but here's a new version of TDT. Features include:

    * Improved reading of badly tagged files (use
"Options|Advanced|Ignore Scanning Errors" to ignore bad files
entirely)
    * Support for code pages other than 1252, TDT will now use
Window's setting
    * New "Articles.ini" file for user-defined words to be moved to
the end of the title etc. with "Options|Move 'The' To End"
    * You can now easily control how the file syncing is done with
"Synchronise|Copy To PC" and "Synchronise|Copy From PC"
    * The tag database can now be exported as a CSV file for use in
other programs
    * Scanning speed improved
    * Minor UI improvements
    * Fully tested with Windows Media Player 10
    * Ogg Vorbis support updated
    * Bug fixes
