#32 Incorrect tag error reporting & can't synch files

1. v3.06 reports 15 files have missing/bad tag
information, however I have removed and replaced the
tags on these 15 files prior to running a database
update. I use MP3-Tag Studio 3.

2. Synch process reports multiple files in both source
& destination locations that require moving, however
most of these files have actually already been
synchronised by myself manually.

3. When exercising the actual synch, receive an error
during copying from player to PC - "Cannot copy
'pathname' to..." Cursor remains as busy, but File
Exit menu option is available to shut TDT down. The
file in question actually already exists in both
locations. Title bar indicates "0% synched".
