#2 Build the tdrOpen wrapper framework.
One of the purposes of tdrOpen is to make it easier on the end user to install. This will require a wrapper around the Drupal bootstrap process in order to allow tdrOpen to create the database. We will also control the configuration so that we can intermingle differing versions of Drupal.
