There is not a way to automate the installer at this time. Instead, I recommend repackaging a clean TDM-GCC installation (and being sure to fully comply with the GPLv3 license under which it's distributed, which includes making source code available).
The TDM64 edition creates 64-bit binaries by default. Although it also has the ability to create 32-bit binaries, that ability doesn't comprise a separate toolchain; it's all part of the same set of binaries.
