When I run tdm-gcc-5.1.0-3.exe on Windows XP SP3 32 bit I get a Couldn't download SendRequest error.
See image attached.
I suspect it is an XP related problem, but I dont know which. I can browse the Internet anyway, and it is from the same machine that I am writing this ticket.

A workaround was to manually download the appropriated packages from http://tdm-gcc.tdragon.net/download in the folder X:\TDM-GCC-64\installer\downloaded and then run the tdm-gcc-5.1.0-3.exe installer.
