[tde-general] ANN: Eclipse TDD plugin project created

Hi all,

I just created a new project on sourceforge with the goal to 
create a plugin for Eclipse which supports TDD. (java only)
I announce it here because it shares some ideas with the TDE plugin.

Its source code is based on a sample plugin from the book "contributing to 
eclipse" from Erich Gamma nd Kent Back.

I made some modification to the original source and it's working quite well 
already. I will release a first version soon.

Maybe some of you want to have a look at it and get/make some ideas
or comments.
