I found nothing different. I would have tryed to debug but today 
sourceforge cvs is sleeping.

This is what is did:
java persp -> new proj
     java proj->next->project name "abc"->finish
abc properties->enable tde->create
     select project abc in upper textfield
     check "all test" and select abc->ok
ok(exception)
