Samuel has reported having a problem with one project, and provided a sample 
.project file.  I'll see what I can discover.  Can you find anything in 
common with the projects that fail, or those that succeed?

It is an eclipse bug: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=49484.  
But perhaps we should try to do something to work around it, or at least 
document a work around.

:(  Seems to that's in my Java Perspective "automatically".  I'll consider it.
