[Tcwphpalbum-announce] alpha-0.1 release

TCW PHP Album Alpha version 0.1 was released today!
It is available as:
        tcwphpalbum-alpha-0.1.tar.gz
        tcwphpalbum-alpha.0.1.zip
Keep in mind this version is still extremely alpha and many features are
still undeveloped.  As of now, you can:
        Use the automated install script (install.php)
        Add, delete, and edit photo albums
        Add (but not delete or edit) photos
        Use an administrative interface
Please report any errors and submit HTML style/theme ideas!
