For some test case organization structures, it may be
useful to have "implied passage" for tests or test
areas which are procedural or format artifacts.

For example, if tests on a component or functional area
of type X all must have tests of type A, B, and C,
according to convention/policy/consistency/etc, but the
case exists where a given component of type X has no
need for testing of type A, but that type of testing
must appear in the test suite anyway. In this case,
such a "null case" would have to be manually passed
(possibly multiple times for each cycle).

Implicit passage as an option to a test case would
avoid the need for manual passage.
