#5 Delete case gives blank page

This broke way back in the MySQL porting. If you delete
a test case, you are taken to a blank page.

The workaround is to get back to the project page using
your browser history.

Not sure where the user should be taken to; possibly to
a choice page.

What is also odd is that normally you would be tossed back
to the Project List if you asked for a TCID that wasn't
there. For some reason, though, getting bounced there
doesn't trigger that situation.

If you refresh the result page, you will be taken to the
project list.

Hmm, the Location: line is weird on the comeback from delete:
