#14 Non-color-based highlighting

Use of color (alone) to convey information is
polychromatically discriminatory. Should come up with
alternate non-color-based way to indicate the two
highlight modes (assigned/untested and
assigned/failed). This principle has already been
applied to the pass/fail indicators (color has been
augmented with bold/caps/etc.)
