I want to able to export all profile data into an xml or anything useful that could be imported back later.

Just make a copy the netprfs.cfg file inside the bin folder.

Pau is correct... the easiest way to backup settings is to copy netprfs.cfg. In fact the application is totally portable so you can save it on a USB drive or in cloud without worrying if it will work later.
