If you try to change IP address in Windows XP, the program appears to work but in actual fact the PC address does not change. This may be a permission issue. This was working in v3.14.20 but broken in v4.0.3.25.

I have just tested it on a Virtual Machine running Windows XP (SP3) and it works as expected. If you don't have some private IPs you can send me the content of the bin folder on the email provided here http://tcpipmanager.sourceforge.net/support.html and I will try to help you more.

I can confirm this, however it was also present in 3.1.4.20. I will try to fix it in the following days. I will keep you posted on this ticket with its status.
