This is the last -rc release for tcpick-0.2.0


Changes:
    * expired functions are now checked every second, not every packet.
      (use setitimer and the SIGALRM signal).

    * added DLT_PPP, DLT_SLIP, DLT_SLIP_BSDOS and DLT_PPP_BSDOS support.
