[Tcpick-project] Help wanted in analysing the code!!!

HAi members...
 I am new member of this group and I really got hooked on to the TCPICK code....As I am new to programming....Could someone please help me out with a couple of things?
1.Which is the first file that is executed in TCPICK?
2.What is the sequence of execution of files(their names)+function and significance of each file<<in the new version>>?
3.How do we automate the installation  process in Linux?
 
As you guys can infer...I'm really new to this...I would really appreciate your help and sorry for any disturbances!!
