[Tcpick-project] debian feedback (and package) : release 0.1.21

Tested version: 0.1.21 (latest)
Tested platform: Debian unstable (sid), Debian stable (woody)

Result: compile and run perfectly on both platform

I made two (unofficial) deb package of tcpick, i may sent you if you think
could be useful. Let me know what you think about.

(i switch to english version, 'cause recent message on this list).
