[Tcpick-project] Patch: allow tcpick to read from a tcpdump file

Hello!

Here is a patch (for tcpick-0.1.20) that allows you to say:

tcpdump -n -s 1600 -w /tmp/foo.tcpdump
tcpick -r /tmp/foo.tcpdump

and it will process the saved file instead of a live connection!
