TCPDF currently does not support any Indic Fonts due to absence of complex ligatures. Please list this in the official TCPDF page on it's list of "Features" not yet available since only Arabic / Persian are available till now.
If there is support in TCPDF for Type1 old style ISCII Indic fonts do let us know.
