We have a document with several chapters and sub-chapters. Creating the TOC works very fine and is nice inserted at page 2. At the end akthough, we need to add/insert several other PDF-documents for which we need a second TOC so we can insert this TOC on the page where these inserts started. So ex. TOC on page 2, Second TOC on page 15. Is this possible ? Maybe to add a name as an extra parameter for Bookmark() ... and then AddHTMLTOC(15, the_name, ....) ???
