in the doc available at http://www.tcpdf.org/installation.php you mention a config/tcpdf_config.php file which just does not exist in the tcpdf_6_0_095.zip archive.
What did I miss, please?

It exists in mine. Are you sure you extracted the whole zip file?

Well, something weird occurred here.
I DL the ZIP again, and now it contains 360 files and 15 folders.
Forget it.
