After I upgrade to newest tcpdf, I always receive: SVG Error: Not well-formed (invalid token) at line 1

I tried making blank SVG from AI CS6 that only contain lines below:

And received the same error. What do I miss?

Same here. The HTML list-style code below used to work before, now it doesn't.

"list-style-type:img|svg|3|3|path/square.svg"

Seems that the problem is related to the public static function fileGetContents()
