I m working with joomla 2.5 ad VirtueMart 2

I have this error when I try to generate pdf invoice

TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get image: http://localhost/T3Fremework_ver_1_9/images/stories/virtuemart/shipment/shipment_name.png

Why?

Can you access the image file from your browser?
Is "allow_url_fopen" set/enabled?
