#807 Booklet mode and no-write page regions

Using both booklet mode and no-write page regions runs perfectly with default Header.

But, using both booklet mode and no-write page regions with custom header provides wrong result on right margin (even if the custom header is empty). Just removing the custom header declaration causes things to return to normal.

Attached is a very simple example that shows the issue I've been unable to fix.

You have set a booklet margin that is less than the default margin.
You should either reduce the default margin or increase the booklet margin.

If you mean using setMargins(1,1,1) before calling setBooklet for example, this did not, in fact, fix the problem at all.
