#1092 Loading SVG files in HHVM (or maybe even php as fcgi)

The changes in TCPDF::fileGetContents() introduced in 354433 causes an error if $SERVER['SCRIPTURI'] is set.

    $urldata = @parse_url($_SERVER['SCRIPT_URI']);

}

I assume that instead of return $alt[] = should be used because the function returns an url, not a svg string.
The error message in issue #1088 might be related.
