(With Joomle 3.4.1) After update from 6.2.8 to 6.2.9 no more PDF_HEADER_LOGO in pdf documents even the path to the image didn't change.
Moving back to version 6.2.8 resolved the problem.

This should be fixed in TCPDF 6.2.11
