This program is a PC/Network security tool created in response to a virus.
Essentially what it does is create a "Whitelist" for your computer which
immediately terminates any TCP connection to an IP address not on the list.
It also allows you to view a connection, and get information on the running
process associated with it. You can then terminate the process as you see fit.
Any terminations are recorded to a log file on the desktop.
