Ticket #264: Added parsing of service definitions for service oriented interface

Better separation of TSN and service oriented extensions in the trunk:
TSN_SUPPORT and SOA_SUPPORT compile-time flags introduced
Warnings if TSN was selected but is not supported by target (currently, only POSIX target supports TSN)

more testing referring to Ticket #162, minimum allowed interval time set to 0.1ms (experimental)

Updated TRDPSpy for Wireshark 2.6 an 3.0 provided by Thorsten
