Ticket #209: vos_getInterfaces returning incorrect "name" and "linkState" on windows (requires at least windows vista now).
function vos_getInterfaces has been updated to use GetAdaptersAddresses function and retrieves multiple ip addresses per adapter now
with correct names and link states.
