commit to solve #66 and #67 and #68 - partially also #64 and #48, both only in preliminary stzate. this commit is needed to have the API change from #48 realized as next step after this one

Ticket #32 destIpAddr and srcIPAddr are saved in PD_ELE_T so that tlp_get and the corresponding callbacks return the same values (the ones from the last received packet)
