We are currently evaluating the use of the SDTv2 (Safe Data Transmission Version 2) stack within our railway communication and safety-related applications and would like to obtain clarification regarding its licensing and distribution model.

Specifically, we would appreciate your guidance on the following points:

Is the SDTv2 implementation provided within TCNOpen fully open source?
If yes, under which license is it distributed?
Is the SDTv2 source code available for download and modification by all registered users?

Are there any licensing restrictions applicable to the SDTv2 stack?
Commercial usage restrictions

Modification and derivative work restrictions
Licensing obligations for products incorporating the SDTv2 implementation

Is membership in TCNOpen required for:
