Problem: The ...MCASTN test-cases do not know how many replies will arrive upon a multicast request. The implementation always runs into a timeout waiting for "all" replies to arrive.
Suggestion: pass the number of connected multicast test-devices as an extra parameter when starting the test. If the number of replies matches the expectation, everything is fine.

Log compile-options and vos-version upon tlc_init() in tlt_if.c
