#41 PD sequence counter is not bound to source address

The PD sequence counter inside TRDP is not bound to the source address as it is required by the standard. There should be a database holding last sequence number, comID and source IP address. Incoming PD should be checked against this list and the list should be updated accordingly.
Open: What to do if topoCount changes? -> Clear the list? Keep local values?

seqCounter list is bound to subscription -> if topo counter changes, all subscriptions must be renewed anyway...
