#384 Add #include <Windows.h> to vos WindowsSim files

To be compatible with all installations of SimTecc we need to include Windows.h in the vos WindowsSim files before including SimTecc headers. In some versions of the SimTecc headers #include <windows.h> are removed.</windows.h>
