#349 support for parsing "dataset name" and "device type"

In spite of XML attributes "dataset name" and "device type" are specified in trdp-config.xsd their implementation in TCN Open is missing. These two XML parameters are necessary for the usage I see of TCN open.

In addition to this, for some XML parameters such as: "dataset name" and "hostName" a limit of 15 characters becomes too short for any configuration I deal with, so to overcome this I use to add a new level limit.

In summary, patch.diff is attached showing the proposed changes from version 2.0.3.0.
