If a telegram is publishced (tlp_publish()) as a TSN telegram and later on put by calling the funciton
tlp_put() the application writes out of memory due to the samler head allocated in the TSN telegram. I don't know if it shall be possible to use tlp_put() for TSN telgrams but a protection for writhing out of memmory is atleast requierd.

tlp_put shall not be used for TSN. Calling tlp_put on TSN telegrams results in TRDP_PARAM_ERR, now.
