#287 Enhancement performance while receiving (HIGH_PERF_INDEXED mode)

Receiving high traffic increases the CPU load higher than expected. This is due to checking possible timeouts on every receive cycle.
Checking for time outs should be done only on multiples of the smalles interval time.
